How to disable the windows key on my keyboard??

I use my r alt when playing games and sometimes I accidently hit the windows key, then my game goes to the windows start menu which is very irritatating. Is there a way to disable the windows key on the keyboard?? or do I have to change my control configuration?? any help would be appreciated.

Thats funny I did that to my kids keyboard after getting sick of going to his room to fix his game, I just poped it off.
But I was told about a program the fixed it, so now my kids keyboard can have its keys back.
