How to disable text sizing on webpage

Is there a way that you can make the text on a webpage always stay the same size? I have made a webpage with numerous links on it - if someone looking at the page has their browser set to a large text size, the links overlap one another and look ridiculous. Is there a way that I can make the text size stay the same no matter what size the user has his browser set to?

if you use CSS to set the font size IE wont change it when the "text size" setting is changed.

You can set font-size in your CSS to a fixed size "10pt" or "8pt" as opposed to a relative size.
