How to disable sounds in IE

I have the Acoustic Edge..and when i surf, i hear these annoying IE sounds...how can i disable them..i have IE 5.5 so i think the Snd pack comes with it

Have you tried Control Panel/Sounds and looked for the events?

why not just turn off your speakers? :frown:
