How to disable Network Logon screen?

How do I disable this from showing up every time I reboot??

I think what TweakUI does is simply automatically 'login' for you (so you don't need to login/press 'enter') everytime you restart your computer. TweakUI has other cool stuff you can do to Windows, too.

Isnt it just as easy to go into control panel/network/and change the logon to windows logon? Thats what i did!! And when computer boots it goes to windows!!

Yes, you are correct. That is what I did and it worked. Thanks to all for the advice. I now know where to go and get TweakUI.
