How to disable HLT instructions for Andara system?

Can anyone who has/had one of these systems and knows about the problems with it and faster Tbirds please explain how to disable the HLT instruction set so I can run a 1gb Tbird on it stabily. I know you need H'odas WCPREDIT but how do you use it? Thanks.
