how to disable hitachi desktar sleep mode?

Anyone know how to disable the sleep on these hard drives? Mine seems to go to sleep far too quickly.

Other hard drives had a AAM tool but this one apparently doesn't.
 
You can try Control panel, system and security, power options ---> high performance, advanced settings and stop your HDD from going to sleep but as Bill points out if the firmware is causing it to spin down because it is a "green" drive then you won't be able to stop it
