How to disable auto insert in Win2K

I just installed Win2K and can't figure out how to disable auto insert for the CD Rom. I went to the device manager and under secondary IDE channel properties I put Auto Detection to none but it still automatically detects a cd in the cdrom.
 
Do you have Tweak UI installed? If so, go to the 'Paranoia' tab and uncheck the settings under 'Things that happen behind your back'. If you need Tweak UI, get it here.
