How to diagnose a fried mobo?

A few weeks ago, i turned on my computer and it wouldnt post. I replaced the power supply, thinking that the old one blew out but still no post. Then i replaced my CPU and still the same problem. When i boot the computer up...i hear the memory count but there is no output to the monitor. ALso the cdrom drive tray would open without me pressing the button right when i power up. The motherbopard is an old FIC-AZ11

any suggestion?
