Of course I do, the same way I see similarities with bro-like gun-weilding facial hair-toting musclemen in western shooters.

The point is, not only is the joke years old and repeated so many times that it has lost any humor value it may have once had, but it is also simply a trend, one that is not always true and is no worse than the trends of any other types of characters in any other genre.

It all just deals with values of beauty, heroism, and other iconic attributes.
