How to delete this stubborn file ?

zEllRtJ.png

I press delete or choose delete and nothing happens.

Have you tried right clicking and then going to properties: Unclick Attributes. At Security tab click on Allow full control. Perhaps change the name and file extension of the file to something like 1234.txt.

Can you delete in from within Macrium Reflect? The data indicates the program is still using the file. If that isn't the case, close all instances of Reflect and try again.

In my system, I would right click on the file and TAKE OWNERSHIP, then delete it.

I avoid installing anything from iobit, to me that's like voluntarily installing malware. I have however been using the actual Unlocker app for years and never had any issues.

Lockhunter is my sidekick here, another on the list of freeware above and I'll bet they also have "delete on restart" functions as well but it's what I've always used.
