I just got Konica Laser printer and I accidently installed spanish driver.
Now everytime I click on print preferences I would see the menu in spanish.
I reintalled english driver but it sitll come out in spanish. This drive me crazy.
How do I delete the original printer complete from my hard drive

Thanks

This is a complicated process, but it's what works:

Open the Printers and Faxes window (Start->Settings->Printers and Faxes)
Right click your printer and delete it
Click File->Server Properties
Click Drivers Tab
Highlight your printer, click Remove (do this for all versions of your printer driver)
Click OK

Open the Services window (Start->Settings->Control Panel->Administrative Tools->Services)
Highlight the Print Spooler service and hit the STOP button (or right click->Stop)

Open c:\Windows\system32\spool\drivers
You're going to have to figure out which directories (folders) contain your printer driver and delete them.

Start the Print Spooler service back up

Now you should be able to install a new printer driver like it was from scratch.

I followed your instruction and instead of deleting it I replaced it with the new driver and it worked.
Thanks so much, You're a life saver.
