How to delete LAN connections?

I've got this stupid Cisco VPN software that has created multiple Local Area Network connections.. 3 of them! I uninstalled the software but it stupidly left the virtual LANs behind. How do I delete them? There's no delete option.. and I want to reinstall the software, but I think these existing LAN connections are screwing things up.

EDIT: nevermind.. they're magically gone now. Or perhaps it was some of the Cisco registry entries I removed.
