how to decorate the wall with CAT6 cable?

i need to run cat6 cables, 5 of them from 1 end of the building to the other. about 120ft apart. no way to hide them.
i might as well make them nice n pretty on the wall. any ideas?

Wiremold might work ok, something like this:

Will look half decent.

Another option might be EMT conduit, if it's in an office style environment that may already have some of that all over the walls anyway.

Yes, the cost is higher, but so is the usability. They can be painted to be blend in with the wall and more wire can be added later.

There are also cable stackers. Not exactly what you're looking for since they aren't as flush with the wall and most are designed to handle either 4 or 6 cables.
