How to decode a build date or revision from AMD CPU numbers

I was looking in the for sale section and found a CPU for sale that I am interested in. It's a AMD Hex core and the numbers on top seem to be:
HDT90ZFBK6DGR
CCBBE CB 1025BPFW
9E61023F00027
I'm not positive, but the third and fourth characters in the second line could be '8', not 'B'.

I've heard that the later Hex cores OC better then the earlier ones, so I'm interested in finding out if I can decode a build date or revision number from the information I've given. Any ideas where I'd find out?

1025BPFW. Thats a week #25 batch I believe. The 1055T that I had when the X6s were first released had a batch code of 1010BPMW
