You can do anything that you want; the legality of it is the question.

In no way is the legality of either of these actions changed by Obama being president.

Of course I'm latently racist. Anyone that thinks that exposure to someone with an obvious quality hasn't tinged their future interactions with people of that obvious quality is deluded. The only way to overcome this is to understand your past interactions and adjust for them.

I didn't click on the link because me and Neck are in a fight.

When I hear racism out of anyone's mouth but a customer's, I flat out tell them how ignorant it makes them sound. If they are white, I'm going to insult every single piece of their life. If they are a different race, I'll ask them how they would feel if the tables were turned. I'm not afraid to throw stereotypes back at the insulter.

PS: racism does not mean noticing what color or race someone is.
