The ignorance in this thread is astounding.. I'm not getting on a PC soap box here.. Go fvck a priest up his ass like a choir boy.. See, I'm not PC at all.. You guys are mistaking "uneducated" with "hispanic." Uneducated and ignorant people of all races do the same ignorant things -blasting music, stinking up their apartments, dressing improperly, etc. etc. . I don't care if you're black, asian, mexican, or white.. A lot of hispanics that come into this country are among the poorest in their home lands and are also terribly illiterate - that's why they work menial jobs (such as dish washing, etc.). Affluent mexicans, cubans, etc. remind me of Europeans actually, they're very well put together and classy (check out Y tu mama tambian). Eventually, as they progress up the socio-economical ladder they'll integrate into the society and their children or children's children will eventually be as civil and orderly as mainstream society.. Look at african americans- upward mobility takes decades but I would love to have Tiger Woods or Mr. Powell as a neighbor (I don't think they eat fried chicken and blast loud rap music).. It'll take time people but don't blame their ignorance on their race- blame ignorance on a lack of education (doesn't that make logical sense?)...

As for your neighbors.. Complain, call the cops, raise hell.. Do all that you can to shut them up.. Just don't call the cops and say "some spics are blasting their spicky music!"..

Which part of California are you in? I am guessing south near the border?

I'm in northern California (East Bay), as I had mentioned in my original post, this area use to be highend condos but for some odd reason these fvckers are renting most of the units with 6-7 guys living in them. I use to see empty parking lots for ours guests but not anymore. :(

San Jose? Dude, just get a sombrero and a ukeleile (sp?) and just start playing the little guitar and singing Ricky Martin.

It looks like I am going to be having similar problems with my new neighbors. I just moved in, and all weekend all I heard was bass. I have a unique solution, though. I am a ham radio operator, and as soon as I get my radios and antennas installed, all I have to do it disconnect my groundwire, and I can put feedback over every speaker in a half mile radius. I'll see just how fast they can turn the stereo off.

I think HAM radio is a cool hobby except for the few asshats who don't like to follow rules.

This one jerkface up the street somehow managed to con the city into letting him put up a 100ft tower some 20 years ago and it's been there since. First, it's ugly. Second, it's unfair because the city won't even let cell phone companies put ANY transmitters anywhere in the community. Third, it screws with the television signals and phone lines to no end.

I'm so tempted to knock down that foolio's tower with a well placed stick of dynamite one of these days.
