How to Customize Send To menu in WinXP?

Anyone know how to customize the Send To menu in XP? In 98, there was a folder in the windows directory where I could put shortcuts to other drives, etc in it and they'd show up on the sendto menu when I right click on the desktop. I can't seem to figure it out in XP. Anyone know offhand how to do it? Thanks!

That must be it, I did a search for SendTo, and it didn't display it. Thanks guys, it works great now!
