How to create good looking ebay listings?

Something like this. I know ebay offers services to create professional looking listings, but I was wondering if you guys know any software that I could use that is free. BTW, I picked that listing randomly cuz I knew I would get lots of hits with "Integra" 🙂, so don't hijack with ricer posts!

Use Frontpage, and create something like that. Not very hard at all.

You call that good looking? The simplier the better. Just put everything into a table, use lists, bold text, and clean. Make it easy on your bidder to find the info they need quickly.
