How to create dead pixels on LCD?

Yah this is the question, how do u create a dead pixel on a LCD monitor other than disassembling it and short circuiting the components.

All LCD's come with FREE dead pixels. Some people are more lucky than others and get BONUS extra dead pixels.

doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure that one out. warranty service or a refund. otherwise, just stupidity I guess
