How to create an Image File from a DVD-ROM???

I am at work, and a fellow I work with (who runs the CD-Server) has a software title in DVD-ROM format that he needs to make an image of. Before with CD-ROMs, he used adaptec CD-Creator to make an .ISO or .CIF image. When he tries the same method with the DVD-ROM, it bombs out because it realizes the file will be too big or some other error. Anyone have any ideas what app will do this?

The new version of Nero will burn DVD's so it might make a image of a DVD, its free to download so you could give it a try.
