How to create a resume?

I need to create a resume as I am looking for jobs for this summer. Looking strongly at an internship position at Fairchild semiconductor (I am only a 30 min. drive from their HQ).

However I am only in high school. No college background may be a frowned upon. So I need to make a quite stong resume.

I need to know a good layout and what to cover. I have previous working experience and as you can see from my signiature, I am a webpage/graphics/and art (pencil/charcoal/pastel sketches) designer. So I want a section in which I can describe my proficiencies.

I don't have Microsoft Word, I use Open Office. Do you know if Open Office has anything of this sort?

Since u are only HS, I wonder what u can do for a intern in Fairchild semiconductor ?

I seriously doubt u can get a internship this day without a being in college or some connection....
