How to cool OCed 2.4c

I am planning to OC my 2.4c with ic7-max3 to 3.0+...will it be ok to do this with stock heatsink fan?if not what should i use to keep it cool any suggestions are appreciated!

Edit: Also i am thinking of getting this PSU is this one good?

A SLK-800/900 will be your best bet.

That is a nice looking PSU, are you going with it because of looks?

I would go with Sparkle, Enermax or Antec.

Sparkle has a 350w for $35 which has no problem running..

1700+@2.4ghz
2x512 PC 3200
Radeon 9500 pro
2 HDD
2 Opticals
2 Cold Cathodes
2 Case fans
1 LED fan
2 Bubble Led strips down the front of case.

I am thinking of getting it becasue it is 480 watts and u can control the fan within the psu...also the price is barely below 70
