I don't really know how to describe it, it's kind of spicy and vinegary

According to the bottle of I now have here the ingredients areas follows:
Spirit vinegar, malt vinegar, molasses, dates, glucose syrup,
sugar, salt, modified starch, rye flour, spices, mustard and onion extract.
