How to convert StarOffice macros to MS Office...

Hi guys.
The firm I work for, moving from Win XP to Win 7, decided to use MS Office instead of StarOffice 8.
I've dozens of StarOffice Calc files with macros and "save as" MS Office Excel files just doesn't convert the macros!!!!
Any idea would be highly appreciated!!!!
