How to convert mp3 to midis?

can anyone who knows advise me how to convert mp3 to midis (no singer voice , only pure rhytmn and tune...) ?

What software do I need to do this?

i'm not sure if eo video converts to midi or not...but it does just about everything else.

There was a trhead like this a while ago. Pretty much everybody concluded that such a program doesn't exist.

I doubt anything like this exists. How would the program know what instruments are playing, know how to tell instruments apart, and know to tell a singers voice apart from instruments? You're better off just looking for a midi or mod version of the song you're looking for.

That would be some insane software. Why not just find a midi of the song?
