Voice control is one of the most essential and useful features introduced by Microsoft for their Windows 10 operating system. Here is how you can easily control your Windows 10 system with your voice.
Step 1
Click the ‘Windows Speech Recognition’
User should click the ‘Start Windows’ icon to search the setting option required. Then using the search button, find and click the ‘Windows Speech Recognition’ option.
Step 2
Click ‘Next’ Button
In the speech recognition set up window, you can find the information about the Windows speech recognition feature. To proceed, click the ‘Next’ button.

Click the preferred ‘Microphone Type’
In the next window, click the preferred Microphone type to proceed. Here the recommended ‘Headset Microphone’ option is clicked. Then click the ‘Next’ button.

Read the sentences displayed aloud

Choose the ‘Activation mode’
In this step, the user can choose their activation mode for speech recognition. Here ‘Use manual activation mode’ is selected. Then click ‘Next’ button.
Step 9
Click ‘View Reference Sheet’ button
User must click the ‘View Reference Sheet’ button ass shown below to see the list of useful commands and how to control windows by voice. Then click the ‘Next’ button.
Step 10
Click ‘Run Speech Recognition at startup’
The user has to click the checkbox of ‘Run Speech Recognition at Startup’ option to run the speech recognition and control Windows by voice. Then click the ‘Next’ for the series of questions forward and finally click the finish option.
