How to control what processes/progs start with windows?

How can you do it in win2k? I have things that control the programs that start with windows, but nothing I can find right now can control what processes it opens when it boots. I used to have a program that can do it but I cant find it anymore. Any clue?

services are the things that start when you boot
control panel - administrative tools - services (or somewhere around there, i don't have a wk2 pro box here)
use the help thingy to find it

I don't know if this is what you are looking for, but if you go to http://www.mlin.net/StartupCPL.shtml, that has a great interface to controlling EVERYTHING that starts up on your computer. It is embedded in to the control panel and is very easy to use.
