How to control iceberq/iceberg vga cooler fan speed?

Hi,
I have the Vantec ccb-a1c (should be similar to iceberq 4), on a radeon 9800 aiw.
I have the 3 pin fan connected to my mobo. However, inside speedfan I've only got fan 1 (psu fan) and fan 02 (cpu fan), and a fan 3 listed as "0 rpm."
Now I have a temp 1, 2, 3, with temp 3 presumably being the 9800 pro temp as "- 48". Obviously an error.

I thought you could control the fan speed on the video card, right? Please help.
