How to control fan speed ??

Hi.
Well i have 4 sunon fans in my computer, 1 60mm, 2 80mm, and 1 120mm on the top. But my case is damn loud.(because of the fan speeds) Well i want to reduce the speed of my fans but i dont know how. I have heard of something called baybus, or Fanbus but i need one that controls the fan speed and i would like to add bright Blue leds also. Does anyone know where i can get one of these ??? Or can i make one myself ?? If i can make one myself what are the parts i need ?

you can probably get something from radioshack that will work, but also there is a link to a fan controller at this site

zipperhead is right you can get a $5.00 dollar rheostat and tie all the
fans into it and crank them up & down as needed, but i took it 1 step further, i use thermistor controlled fans so they slow them self down some
