How to control 4 case fans?

I have 4 case fans that I want to control with an Aerocool Gatewatch. It has a single 3-pin male connector for the case (and other connectors for CPU, Video, etc). I want all 4 case fans to be on the single connector to the controller for the case....

So, I have 3 4-pin fans, and 1 3-pin fan. The fans all have female connectors. So can I use 3 of THESE to reduce the 4 pin connectors down to three pins, and then 3 of THESE to connect all 4 down to one connector to mate with the controller's connector? Will this solution give me RPM control?

I would advise against that. Definately don't do it.

Get a Sunbeam 4 channel controller or a Vantec Nexus. Definately spend $7 + shipping to control the fans.

Bad idea, I think each knob has its own voltage limit.
