At my office, Internet is connected via proxy. How do I connect my personal SSH ?

This isn't the best place to ask for advice on how to try to circumvent the security measures that are put in place by your employer.
 
Sorry bud, if their policy is for you to go through their proxy we cant help you get around that. Most of the people here are admins and its a professional courtesy to other admins to not help circumvent policies
