I am buying a case that has 4 USB 2.0 in the front and 1 USB2.0 in the back. The motherboard I have is a new MSI K7N2GM-l mother board that has 4 USB2.0 in the back and 2 USb2.0 in the front. Is it possible to carry the Back USB to the front of my case? If it is how and where can I find a cable to do that?

Many new cases have front USB connectors. Some of them are hidden behind knockout or flip down panel. If it's there, you just have to plug them into your motherboard's USB connections.

Your case has extra headers for the back USB2 ports? In most cases rear USB2 ports on connectors on the backplane of the mobo, not pin headers that you can plug in.

When you say your mobo has 2 USB2 in the front, do you mean 2 headers like this:

****
*****

Because each of these is 2 usb ports. So there are the 4 front ones, and since your mobo has 4 on the backplane, you have a total of 8, and can safely ignore the odd port on the back of your case.
