How to connect the 24-pin connector to a8n-sli?

Your link isn't working properly, but I think yu are talking about the Thermaltake 20-pin to 24-pin adapter and a standard 20-pin atx powersupply. If so, the powersupply plugs into the Thermaltake adapter, which gets plugged into the motherboard 24-pin power connector.

fixed. and what do I do with the 1-pin cable fixed on the 24-pin connector?

I'm not sure I know what you mean by the "1-pin cable fixed on the 24-pin connector."

The 24-pin powersupply will plug in and lock into the motherboard power connector, so you don't have to worry about pin orientation---it only goes in one way.

I see what you're talking about, the psu has an extra wire. It won't be used.
