How to connect my computer to the TV?

I have nVidia GeForce4 MX440 with TV-out. Now the cable that came in the box looks like this. This can plug into the video card and i think it can also plug into my TV.

1. Do I just plug the two things together?
2. Do I have to change any settings in the nVidia Media Center taskbar icon (nView or Display settings)?
 
1. Yes if your tv supports it or you need an s-video to composite and use composites to connect the card to the tv.
2. Not sure, since I used a GF3 with a tv and I had to boot it up connected to a tv but with a GF4 it might be different.
