How to connect multiple routers?

Hello,

I have internet from AT&T, the router being used is a Pace 5286 AC (re branded Arris I think).

I want to connect one or two additional routers to this Pace 5286AC router, so I get connectivity through out.

I have two brand new routers which I want to use

1) Netgear Nighthawk AC 1750 Smart Wi Fi Router

2) Linksys AC 1750 AC Dual Band Smart Wi-Fi Router and a AC 1200 Boost EX W-Fi Range Extender

Does anyone know how to connect either of these to the PACE5286 router? Please?

I am clueless about routers etc. so I am hoping one of you nice people on here can help me.

Only one Router per local Network.

Thus if the ISP Router has to be use, any additional Wireless Routers have to be configured as an Access Point.

If you can get a refund I'd suggest sending back those 2 routers and getting APs, you'd save a bit.

I have two AC1200 wireless routers plugged into a Netgear GigE switch, which is then plugged into the Pace 5286AC. On the Pace I disabled the wireless networks in favor of using the wireless networks on the wireless routers. The two wireless routers are on separate subnets.

You are wanting additional APs not additional routers.

You can probably rig those extra routers to work as standalone APs. Disable DHCP and connect them back to your router only via their LAN ports. They should work as regular APs that way.
