How to connect more than two peripherals to Macbook Pro

I have the Macbook 2017 which has 2 thunderbolt ports. I need to connect the following:

1. Power cord
2. External Monitor
3. Wireless keyboard/mouse combo, which has USB dongle

So I believe I need a USB-C hub. I have been looking online and there seem to be so many, and some of them around 200-300 $ range. Is there one that works reliably and is reasonably priced? Would appreciate any recommendations or ideas.
