How to connect front USB if not supported onboard?

I need to find a PCI card that has two (or more) internal connections for my case's front USB ports. USB 2.0 would be nice but I'd settle for USB 1.0.

These cards were all over the place last year, but lately all I can find is cards with several external (rear) ports and possibly one internal port. Furthermore, the internal ports appear to be shaped like a USB plug, not the headers I need for connecting to the case's bare wire connections.

Please advise?

Soyo makes a card with internal conectors that work with front USB ports. It's the only one I've seen maybe there are others. I also don't know who carries this but it's a start for you.

Edit:
I didn't notice when I first looked, Soyo lists 2 places that carry this
Frys and

Axion

As you can see Axion says 0 stock and discontinued, so good luck.

Well hmmph. I checked Pricewatch and couldn't find anyone else selling it. The best I could find was a Soyo "Bayone" USB/Firewire kit for $30, which kinda defeats the whole purpose of using an old motherboard without USB headers...

Including the Soyo, which as far as I could tell was the only one with the proper internal headers.

Their were half a dozen in the catalog with headers. I was on their site later and had a look for some, didn't find much, only one. Probably the one you found.
Here are some catalog numbers just do a search on the TD site
S450-5035 4 port usb 2 w/pci
S450-5010 this is the soyo card
I136-1026 5 port 3 front two rear
B451-1004 no picture not sure ? 2 port
A450-5010 no picture not sure ? 5 port

I had just the opposite problem, header on mobo but no front USB ports on case. I ran mine out the back with a header. I have an IO adapter mounted on my desk so I feed them their.
