Hi ..

I got my Samsung 27" Monitors today at 2560x1440 each. They support DVI, HDMI, DP.
Graphics cards are 7970 Crossfire (Sapphire 3GB each)

Connected as follows:

Monitor 1: mDP -> DP
Monitor 2: mDP -> DVI
Monitor 3: HDMI -> HDMI

Maximum resolution I'm getting is 5760x1080

What am I doing wrong and how can I get 7680x1440 ????

2560x1440 isn't supported over HDMI and you need to make sure you are using dual link DVI for the DVI connection.

Thanks for the response ..

Both my monitor and my card are dual link :

Does that mean the DVI cable supplied with the monitor will do the job ?

In this case I will keep the DP connection, connect DVI directly from DVI Port and replace HDMI with DP .. Would this work ?

Modified to this:

Monitor 1: mDP -> DP
Monitor 2: mDP -> DP
Monitor 3: DVI -> DVI

Everything works fine at maximum resolution now
