I just bought a 9700 Pro on eBay. It came without a adapter (the guy had told me) to allow me to connect it to my power supply. What type of adapter should I get?

Is there any danger of buying an adapter that would reverse polarity?

I tought the power supply would plug straigth in as it does for a 9800 Pro. obviously, I was wrong.

heh..yes..a floppy drive connector is required. The adapter he probably gave you most likely has two four pin molex connectors and floppy connector. Simply plug the floppy connector into the card then plug in the molex connector to an available connector from the power supply.

My power supply has 2 floppy connectors. The first one is connected to my floppy. Would it be fine if I plug my 2nd floppy conector to the 9700?
