How to confirm if my motherboard is dead

I have a DFI Lanparty Ultra-D. After I installed a new CPU things stopped working. At first I thought it was the video card since the diagnostic led on the mobo said VGA error. But I am fairly certain now that it's not the video card and in fact the motherboard. I have tried 2 different CPUs, 2 different video cards, and 1,2,and 4 sticks of ram in this thing with no luck. So this leads me to believe that the motherboard is fried or something. Any way to be sure, or any other thoughts?

Only way to be sure is to pop those CPUs into a known working motherboard.

Your mobo is likely DOA. RMA it.
