How to compress a 703mb avi to 702mb?

Is there any way to compress this down just 1mb? I'm trying to archive all the episodes of Top Gear I have on my HDD and this is the only one I've had trouble with. Is there some kind of software that can do this?

Yep. I've overburned up to 730MB before.

overburn is the best option really..

or try www.7-zip.org it has a very good compression ratio and it is free.

I think your 2 best options are clipping off 1 mb of data, like some of the into and the ending credits (like M00T said), OR overburning. Almost ALL cd-r's can overburn about 10 mb (at least in my experience), even more if you're lucky. There's no reason to recompress it if you just need to take care of a 1 mb excess.
