How to completely block program with Windows Firewall?

I have a couple of exe files that I want to completely block access from my network and internet. The only software firewall I have is the one that comes with Vista64. Is there a way to use Windows Firewall to completely block a program from acessing my lan and wan?
 
it doesn't block "programs", a firewall blocks ports that a program may use.
So if you know the ports that these programs use, just block those ports on your firewall and access to your network will be blocked.
