how to compile NVidia drivers in Redhat 8 ?

okay, scince nVidia doesnt offer any kernel packages for redhat 8 yet I figured I had to compile the packages myself, now I tried both the .tar.gz with the make option and the src.rpm which I remade with rpmbuild --rebuild, both however give me MAJOR compiling errors (I'll boot into linux after I have reinstalled it cous X is dead now cous I tried to install an older rpm) it's like 10 pages up with errors, of too many arguments, this not defined, that file not found, etc ....

I red trough the whole readme more than a few times and I couldnt find any hints ...
does anyone know how to compile NV drivers on RH 8 .?
