If I remember right,
CloneZilla could copy multi-partition drives (i.e. OSX + Windows + Linux). USB drives can be a little funny to work with sometimes tho. On the Windows side of things, EaseUS Todo Backup might be able to do it, but you should probably be able to do it with CloneZilla. Found an interesting thread here, if that doesn't work:
