Clone to an M.2 disk like any other. I suggest Macrium Reflect Free Version. Attach the new disk as a storage drive and clone C .Here is an FAQ. Cloning a smaller to a larger disk means the size of the clone will need to be examined to ensure the entire size of the clone is used.
