How to clean the plastic on a monitor?

Hey all, somehow I got some paint on the monitor casing. I tried to take it off with alchohol but that was no use. Would turpentine work or would that possibly damage the color of the monito casing? It really isn't that big of deal (very small amount) but I am thinking of selling it and want it to look perfect.

Have you tried paint thinner? I think it would work without damaging the plastic, but just apply some on some unseen plastic on the monitor and see what happens.

I thought turpentine was paint thinner, lol. Good call, I will just try it in a inconspicous part and see what happens

Give it a shot. Nail remover might work too.

Nail remover is just the extra strength version of nail polish remover.

Rubbing alcohol cleans stuff nice; I don't think it's too corrosive either.
