How can I get the grime out from inbetween the tiles?

it sounds extreme.... but bleach works... just let it sit for a while (up to a couple hours)

just don't forget about it an step in it :Q

Oxy Clean and a hand sized brush. No joke, and my tiles were worse than that...lol.

Dremel tool with grout remover attachment? Then just put new grout in?

oxy clean is great! Just make it thick and lay it on there. Let it sit for a while and you'll hardly have to do any scrubbing. I was amazed!

And yes, should be in the grocery store.

Get a rubber squeegee and wipe the walls clean after every use. <--- preventative, not curative
