How to clean music library; specifically, DUPLICATES

Is there some way to easily accomplish this? I use winamp, and at one point must have batch renamed all my music files, and then later merged in the older named ones from a backup. I have duplicates of a bulk of my files; one with a filename syntax of '## - <Title>' and the other as '## <Title>'. I tried duplicate file cleaners from COMODO and also Auslogics and they failed to clean up the files, even though they claim to easily see past variations in filename.

doing this manually is out of the option because of the number of files and also an extensive path/folder tree housing the duplicates often in different folders
