How to clean leather gloves

I have a pair of black leather gloves with cotton/polyester mix for the lining.

They fell into some slush and are now soaked in dirty water.

How can I clean them without affecting the leather?

Put it in a washer and condition the leather before it dries..

Well since I cant go out and buy some conditioner (rear window of the car was busted out) I'm just going to use the leather car conditioner.
