How to cite author with Jr. in name?

I know the usual for a bibliography is: Doe, John but what if their name is John Doe Jr. how do i do that? Jr. Doe, John? i am not sure, i never ran into this problem before

i think you either leave it out, or it goes

Doe Jr., John

 

[Spoooon]

I think you would go with "Doe Jr., J. (2004). Title."
